It's been saying this for the last half hour. Anyone else got this problem?

Seems like I had that response too. I realized that I had to have requested music, news or whatever be playing first. Once I did that she responded properly.

Unplug the device for at least 5 minutes, then turn it back on and try again.

Thanks both. I had requested music and it was playing. I tried unplugging the device, but not for as long as 5 minutes and that didn't help. It's working OK this morning.
