Just a idea but if Alexa could call 911 I bet millions would be sold. It has a good mike and knows it's location. Maybe some day. jimjoh

Millions have been sold.  There are numerous problems (which have already been gone over multiple times here) with using the Echo/Dot as a telephony device in general, let alone a way to dial 911.  I don't see it happening any time soon.
