Amazon Echo and Honeywell Thermostat

The interface between my Echo as well as my DOT work well up until last week in which I would request the temperature to be changed and the response now is "Setting Thermostat to 0 degrees". It doesn't actually change the temp on the Thermostat however it is responding to my command, however not accurate and I don't see the command showing up in my Alexa App.
As stated this was working fine for 2 months prior, any suggestions?

NOTE: I did call into Amazon however no return call back.

what honeywell thermostat model?  do you have the thermostat set to heat?  are you using the c wire or an adaptor?  you could try deleting the thermostat in your echo and then discover it again.
