Considering the very slow pace of release in non-English speaking countries, you're better off ordering Echo on Amazon.co.uk and go through
http://www.alfasent.com/ to have it forwarded to you.
That is if you're ready to talk to Alexa in English for now (maybe that's what you had in mind).
The day Swedish is made available, you'll just have to switch to your native language in the web interface.
This is what I did here in France where no release date has ever been made.
