Alexa hears and executes commands but no radio

Alexa hears and executes commands but no radio happens. She properly interprets commands "Alexa play some Frank Sinatra" and says "Shuffling songs from Frank Sinatra" but then nothing happens. She will answer questions like what is the local weather, tell me a joke, but will not play music or radio stations.
Any ideas of what happening?

Unplug Alexa device for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and try again.  Something in device needs a full reset.

For radio stations, say:
Alexa (or whatever you named it) play "station call letters or numbers adding AM or FM" on "your radio station."

Me personally, I just say:
"Echo, play 900 AM on Tunein."  Or....
"Echo, play WURD on Tunein."

If the above does not work, then either reboot your device or follow Mike's suggestion.
