Has anyone found a phone number for ECHO customer service help for the UK, in the US they have a dedicated number, I cant find anything apart from the normal Amazon number used for order enquiries etc.

If you go all the way through the help screens you will eventually come to a "contact us" page. They will phone you immediately when you request it; you don't need to call them.

OK, so can you be a bit more specific please, help screens where ?, in the APP, on the Alexa help page, on Amazon normal help or somewhere else..

On the Amazon website. I was just about to say how difficult it is to find when a quick google search gave me this https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html?skip=true. There's a tab for devices and Echo is listed. Hope it gets you what you need.

Yes, assumed it was web page and tried the various Help tags, eventually, thanks as you say " https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html?skip=true" only one hidden away help tag, and you have to be on the right page before you get it.
Now to see if someone actually rings back as that is all you can request, you cant actually call them...

OK, good, well I've got a couple of Kindle questions as well...  what...!!  why would I want to call the Kindle team...  I give up, I'm seriously thinking of sending this thing back.

Despite receiving many phone calls from Amazon UK (support from Dublin), I can say, after I've hit the Call me Button, they have called within 30 seconds.

and they've called a mobile phone number and fixed land line, and so far I think we've down about 12 hours, I don't know many vendors that would pay for their calls to you!!!!

It does take patience.

As per einsteinagogo above. Always quick and largely helpful but maybe their hours are different at weekends.

I had a problem with my Echo and I sent an email to the address in the little instruction booklet I received with my Alexa.  It was echo-feedback@amazon.co.uk.

I received a reply within 24 hours giving me links to where I could enter my phone number and they would ring me back and a link to their online chat.  I chose the online chat and an agent answered me straightaway.  It turned out that he needed to telephone me as I needed to get into my router and would lose the chat thread.  I just gave him my phone number and he rang me back!

I was very pleased with the service I received.
