Yes, bluetooth sending working on my Echo! Sounds much better on my hifi, and Echo still very good at picking up the wake word.. In fact a little better than when she is playing music over level 5 herself. I'm really happy about this!

Have this update, too.  Easy as pie to pair BT and connect to mini jambox speaker.  Since I have the whole collection of Alexa zoo animals, it will hold limited utility for me, but for those with fewer Alexa critters, it will be real handy.

The DOT 2nd generation has always been able to connect to bluetooth since day 1.
