ECHO and NEST Thermostat

Hello! 

I bought two nest ECHOs last week and have been having a great time exploring everything they can do all weekend.

I have it connected to my NEST learning thermostat and I can't find the right command to switch from heat to cool.  I've searched on line and all instructions I can find only talk about adjusting the temp up and down.

My son has a google home and he can do this with his NEST, but I know both devices are google products so it may have more functionality than ECHO.
