Am trying to set up the Echo with Logitech Harmony Hub. Everything goes smoothly, until I try to activate my favorite channels in the Logi set up software.
I can choose a favorite channel (I have defined those in the Logitech Harmony Hub app), but then need to assign a friendly name.
When clicking "OK" in the friendly name dialougue box to assign the friendly name, nothing happens. When I close the friendly name dialougue box the favorite channel is dis-selected, and I am not allowed to choose a favorite channel without assigning a friendly name. Thus, I basically cannot choose any favorite channels. I can make Alexa turn on and turn off the TV, but not to choose channels.
Any solutions?
