Bluelight ring keep spinning

HI guys,
     after i woke up this morning.  My echo dot's bluelight ring keep spinning and not response to my voice.
I can play music from Alexa app,  and still can stream music from mybphone, though.

After searching on the forum,  some say it updating process.
But 3 hours+, is that too long?  And my firmware is 571207720.

The question is.  This is normal??

A Dot (Echo, etc) is a computer.  What do we do when a computer acts abnormal?  We "turn it of and turn it back on to reboot it".  So, with the Dot or Echo, unplug it to turn it off, now wait 5 minutes to clear it's circuits, then turn it back on by plugging it in again to power.  Give it time to reboot completely and all should be normal again.  Let us know if this fixed things or not.
