Can't re-register

Recently had a power outage and had nothing but problems with the echo dot since. After reconnecting she'd periodically come on and greet me. Tried to disconnect and reconnect and lost the device altogether and now I can't reconnect bc it says it's not registered but I don't have the option to do that again. HELP! I MISS ALEXA!

try doing a power cycle on your router.  unplug power for a slow 20 count, then plug back in.

II don't understand your statement.  Alexa app>Settings>About - Device is registered to....  is where you can register or deregister/unregister your DOT.
