Alexa adds Shopping request in History but sometimes not Shopping list

Hi,

Whilst it works moist times there are sometimes that Alexa does not add the verbal shopping request to the shopping list in the mobile app.  It does however show it in the app History.

What can I do about this please to make sure it adds to the shop list.

Do you get a verbal response, like "ok, adding milk to your shopping list"?
(That I know of) she's never failed to add an item as long as I get the verba
response.  She's gotten it wrong more than a few times tho!

go to your shopping cart on amazons website and see if it is there.   sometimes without thinking I will say shopping cart instead of shopping list then have to delete it from the shopping cart.
