Amazon Echo Look and Sirius XM

Does anyone know if you can use the Sirius XM skill with the Echo Look?  I have it running with one device, but can't get it going with the look.  I deactivated the skill for the Echo and tried to activate it for the Look...no success yet.

What do you do with the Look?  Do you use it as advertised?  Do you take a picture of yourself with each outfit?  Does Amazon suggest other clothing based on what you have?   I'm not going to get one but I'm really interested in how they're actually used.
