Legrand. Switches are not responding to AlexA

I have a eco dot2nd generation that was working perfectly with RF lights system from Legrand. Today i switch cell provider  downloaded all my apps set up Alexa to the system. She discovered all the switches and the Nest thermostat  however the Nest work perfectly but when it comes to the switches i get " LIVING ROOM NOT RESPONDING" This happings in every room
  I re-setted  everything. From rauters to modems to Alexa it self and nothing seem to work. Any help will be greatly  appreciated
