I checked this board, thought I'd fine lot of great posts on deals    You can get net $25 dots, net $80 echo's, net $11 wemo mini smart plugs, etc

I bought a TP-Link smart plug mini for $25.  I have three others and thought it best to keep the same brand???  Maybe it doesn't matter?  I just looked and don't see the Wemo for $11.  Was that price just for a limited time?

Yeah, it's 20.99, but when you order over Alexa, you get a $10 (future) credit.

Yep. I just ordered one.
The Wemo mini is usually $34.99. Prime Day price is $27.99. If you order by voice via Alexa, the price is $20.99 and you'll get a $10 credit for other Amazon purchases later. I tried to order again to see if I could get the $20.99 price again, but the 2nd order was quoted at $27.99. So apparently it's limited to one only.

I'm boring... Just bought a couple of spare Dots... wonder what kind of heat these things can take... Thinking about another for the garage too... May have to get a new window unit for the garage to keep it cool enough for electronics to hang out...

There are temp specs for the Dot in its spec data.  Just keep the Dot below middle of floor-to-ceiling height, no direct sun on it, and well ventilated.  Should work fine unless you live in Death Valley.

I am boring too, hardly looked at the Prime Day ad, and only bought from Google their Home and Chromecast bundle deal.  It's my second Home (since I have lots of Alexa gadgets, incl. big Echo.)
