Google Calling/What the Heck Does This Mean?

At least once a day I tell Google to "Call David" just to see if the feature is enabled yet.  Tonight when I told GH to call David, I got the following...tts_call_on_chirp_pun_outside_US.  Both GHs recite this string.  Where you see the _ it actually says "underscore".  I tried Googling the string but no luck (provided I understood the entire thing).  I think it progress

This morning it's back to "sorry I can't make calls yet".
