Hello, up until sometime yesterday morning when soneone would ask Alexa to turn off the screen on my sister's Echo Show it would darken the screen and display the ambient clock, but for some unknown reason now it turns the screen off completely without displaying the ambient clock. The option is still selected under settings.
My Echo Show is doing the same now also. Is this happening to anyone else?
