TP-LINK Smart Plug

TP-Link plug is has been discovered on the Alexa app but when I ask alexa to turn it on Alexa says it can't find it. Have tried multiple times. There is a second discovered TP-LINK plug which Alexa finds and turns on.  Doesn't seem to be any reason why Alexa can't find this one.

Unplug the faulty smart plug and in a few moments plug it back in.  It may just need a reset via this.  Now try it and also ask Alexa to discover devices and it likely will work.

I think you have to go into the Alexa app setup and have it discover the plug somewhere in there. I got it to work eventually but don't remember exactly how.
