How to specify drop-in device if contact has multiple?

Does anyone know how to do this? I can't find it anywhere via searching or Amazon. I already have the drop in feature working well within our house. They have numerous online examples about dropping in on contacts, such as, "Alexa, drop in on Grandma" but what if Grandma has 3 Echoes? If calling I seem to remember it rang them all, but I don't think we'd be able (or necessarily want) to open an intercom to all Echoes in the house.

If I intercom to one of my own, I have to call it by the name it is set up as. This may hold true for calling another accounts echos.

If she has not setup a identifying name for each, is is something like:

Grandmas Echo Dot
Grandmas 2nd Echo Dot
Grandmas Echo Tap

etc.
