Echo Dot and Apple Calendar

I signed in successfully when I entered the two factor authentication, but Alexa still does not see a calendar setup.  When I go to Settings>calendar, it reads "action required, please relink". After entering the two factor password multiple times, I have given up. Any suggestions?

When I set it up on my Imac, it worked fine. Was struggling setting it up on the iphone app.
