Saying "Alexa Watch Fire TV" makes Echo say "OK" and do nothing

 Have Echo Dot and Fire tv on a CEC enabled tv. When you say "Alexa, Watch Fire TV", Alexa says "OK" but does nothing. When I cast to my Chromecast it automatically switches input to Chromecast. Why doesn't Echo?
