I guess that all depends on if Lorex wants to make a skill for their cameras that works with the Echo Show.

Of course. It's only a matter of time. I googled and they are working on it. I do use a free app though and use 2 of my old phones to monitor my room when we are on vacation. It actually is very good and have audio. Really good app. You also can monitor them online.
