It says I am retrieving and then goes silent - then like a squak and feedback and dead / silence

The retrieving/getting your book/10 minutes left part happens quite often to me, but then there's just silence. I make the request again and it starts up with none of the preamble as though it's resuming. Hasn't done that for a little while though.

I just ask again and up it comes. I haven't done anything else so if it's solved, it wasn't me. Not much help, sorry
