Echo stops playing after one song

we have an Echo and 2 dot...all on different floors of the house.  Up until about 3 weeks ago, we could have all 3 going at one time on different channels.  But recently, if we have a dot on, and then start to play the Echo, the Echo stops playing after 1 song.

Any suggestions?

Yes they recently killed this feature when the update for multi-room (multiple Echos playing the *same* song) came out. There has always been a one-device limit on streams but Echo devices were exempt (I have 6 and could have them all stream different songs from Amazon music) but now that functionality is gone. I logged a ticket with support about it, they were pretty clueless and I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me back.

Only way around this to my knowledge is to upgrade to Family Plan which allows 6 streams but from what I can tell you will need a separate Amazon account for each device so you can log in with a different profile and then use that profile to stream. Pain in the backside.
