Alexa will not be play any music.

I have unplugged twice now with no improvement. Cannot play any music whatsoever. It has been like this for about an hour now.

Happened to me too last night on my one of my Echo Show (I have three, each on one floor).

It'd start cycling through songs on Pandora, showing the song/lyrics for 5 seconds and then moving onto the next one.

I did a hard reboot twice. Received a phone call around this time. By the time I was off the call, it started working again.
