Well, things are progressing with my automation of my lights, those light switches will soon be a thing of the past :-)
Anyway thanks to tuicemen for the link to the Amazon App (which incidentally is unreachable, to my knowledge from iphone or ipad) so I deleted all my lights from the amazon web page. Then installed the new Echo Plus, and one by one added my lights (I did have to reset each one of them through the app) This was successful and they are all named, and work perfectly through both the Alexa app, and indeed my Echo + and Dot. But here is the thing, on the amazon web page the lights names do not filter through, they are simply named "First Light" "Second Light" etc Is there something else I need to do to push the light names to the web site? I logged out logged back in and still just the "First Light" etc names appear. Oh I DID try searching the forums for similar posts, but alas nothing was forthcoming, hence I tentatively post this question, and I apologise profusely if it has been asked/answered before, but I failed to find anything
