can routines be triggered remotely?

We have Phillips hue bulbs everywhere in our house. Right now when we go out somewhere and come home after dark I can use the amazon shopping  app on my (android) phone and tell alexa "turn on front porch", "turn on living room" etc as we're pulling into the driveway. If I connect all these bulbs into a routine, can I trigger that routine from my phone? It would be even easier to just say "alexa, we're home" and whatever bulbs I need all come on at once.
