Just spent four hours not able to use the wake word.

Yesterday, for the THIRD day running, it is awake but won't reply

It is working NOW, but for how long is anyone's guess.

What a STUPID impulse buy THAT was !!!

Hm, mine's perfect, just bought another one. I suggest you talk to Amazon and maybe get a replacement.

We have two Echo Shows and are happy with them.  I do notice they are having a little more trouble understanding commands this past week, but it will pass.
