Hello, I have a problem with Amazon Echo Dot 2. How do I re-run it there is no message hello. And as if talking to her does not light the light from the right side.

If unplugging the DOT for five minutes does not work......

Look at the top of this forum area & look for the "stickie" Amazon Echo Customer Support & do the necessary.

I have done it many times. And when restarting there is no "hello".
