Voice recognition

  With the new voice recognition..... Alexa does not know who I am or my husband when we ask.
We have done the voice profile many times and reinstalled the app on our phone (which is what support recommended). Anyone having these issues?

Did you set up 2 accounts, and are they linked?

You should clear your voice history from Amazon's servers.

Click on your device, then click Manage Voice Recordings. Click Delete. Do this for each of your Echo devices. Then do the voice training/profile from scratch.
