We've just got started with an Echo Show but we can't get it to show any of the photos in Prime Photos.
If I say any of the following:
"Alexa, Show my photos."
"Alexa, Show Family Vault photos."
"Alexa, Show my photo albums."
the device understands but shows a blank screen.
Note that we have 2 accounts on the device: mine and my son's.
I don't have a prime photo account but my son does, but I get the same result regardless (i.e a blank screen).
What's going on ?
What can I do to find out why I'm seeing none of the photos ?
Is this a known bug ?
