Alexa not seting up second account

Hi  have gone through the steps to setup a second account on my amazon dot. Went into household profile and followed the steps. Have done this a few times but can not get Alexa to recognize the second account. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong or alternatives. Thanks in advance.

Just an update info for others if you run into the same issue. I am in Canada and setup my mini with my USA Amazon account as I wanted to use Alexa to control my Sonos speakers. This skill is not yet available in Canada. When I went to add household member, I was adding my wife's Canadian Amazon account. Fixed problem by creating a USA account for her. All working well.

Good to know, about to do the same and also in Canada . The thing is my sign in for US and Canada is the same.
