Echo Dot Harmony Issue

Hi after searching the forums I can't see this problem anywhere so

Have an Harmony Hub attached to an echo Dot. The Harmony Hub turns on/off all devices when I use the remote or the mobile app. However, when using Alexa, it will either turn on  or turn off the appropriate devices. When I say watch tv it may or may not work. If it doesn't work, I can go on the remote hit help and say fix and everything will turn on. Then when I say turn off, everything will work fine. Conversely, if it does turn on everything, when I say turn off it will not work. Again have to go to help on the remote and everything shuts down correctly.

Any suggestions?

Are you getting an audio response from Alexa when it doesn’t work? If so, is it “ok” or some other response?
