Alexa is not communicating with my Laneco plugs effective yesterday

I believe I set this up on the wrong forum earlier.  I didn't see this.

Hello.  Has anyone had issues recently with Alexa and Laneco plugs stop communicating with each other?  I own 6 Laneco plugs and all were working good till yesterday.  Now none of them are talking with Alexa.  I pulled one and have tried to reset it to no avail.   
I can communicate with the units using the app but not Alexa.   Alexa works well with all others units of various brands.

Thanks for providing any insite or the support site, cant find that either.
