Echo BT headset play music of choice ?

The goal for a music loving person, vision and hearing issues:  using BT headphones and being able to say for example “play Home on the Range”. And the music plays and it is heard via the headset.  Hopefully a one time pairing of the headset and speaker.

Questions
If an Echo is purchased, connected to WiFi, can it be paired with any BT headset and then will it play music from what services?

It'll play music from amazon prime and spotify premium the easiest. Other options include Pandora, iHeartradio, tunein and self-running services like Plex.
