Setting Up Echo Show on both iPhone app and Website

Hi all,

I've been able to setup my Echo Show on my iPhone app, however when I visit http://alexa.amazon.com it wants me to run through a setup again, where I don't even have an option to choose an Echo Show. But I choose "Echo" and then it wants me to connect the device to WiFi, even though my Echo Show is working fine.

I want to be able to configure my Echo Show with both my app and the website, how can I do this??

if you immediately went online after the first setup, there is a chance it had not sync yet.

You're probably logged in on different accounts. To be absolutely certain, log out of the Alexa app and also logout from the Amazon.com website from whatever browser you're using. Then login again and see which account your Echo is activated on.
