Shopping Notifications won’t turn off

We have 2 Alexas.
When we had one, it was great. I turned off shopping notifications no prob.
Now that we have two ... When I turn OFF shopping notifications in the app - it turns it OFF one one device, but ON on the other device.

This is truly ruining Christmas for us.
Any ideas? Should I try deregistering them?
