Loop Mode Stops Working

I use two sleep music from 2 different skill sources.  When I play either one and say, alexa loop mode on, Alexa says loop mode on and will remember it.  Later the sound stops.  If I ask Alexa for the time, it gives me the time and then starts the sleep music back on!  Loop mode used to work but not now.  I think this is an Echo problem not a skill problem.  Anyone have any solution?

I can confirm that this is a problem with the software on certain Amazon Alexa devices.  It has been impacting all of the sound and music skills.  Amazon is working on the problem and will have a fix for it in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, you can use any of the Sleep Sound skills by Voice Apps, LLC.  We have implemented a temporary fix that allows the sounds to play all night.  By default, the sounds will play until you tell them to stop, so there's no need to say "Loop On".
