String of Commands - "Macro" Capability?

I would like to issue a string of alexa commands by issuing a single voice command...

for example:
"Alex trigger rick playlist"

then I went Alexa to execute the following commands:
1. "Alexa Play Rick Playlist"
2. "Alexa Shuffle Mode"
3. "Alexa Skip 5 songs"

Can this easily be done? I couldn't find any documentation for this new "Routines" feature -and- I briefly setup IFTTT and Stringify and got lost in the "Flows" GUI of stringify...

I can't believe there isn't an easier way of doing this?

By accident yesterday, I said, "Alexa turn on the bedroom lights, dim to 50%." the words escaped my mouth before my brain caught up. But they came on full brightness and then two seconds performed the second tasking dimming, followed by just a single 'okay.'

I have always been able to say for example "Alexa lamp 50 percent" and the lamp would come on at 50%, not full brightness then dimmed but just dimmed from the moment powered on. Of course then followed by the obligatory okay. This dual command turns on, dims then said just one okay (twice would be annoying.) it's a start, hopeful more to come sooner rather than later.

It works indeed for me too with my LIFX bulbs.
"Alexa, turn on corner light (and) dim to 10%"
Not sure if it's meant to be like that or just Alexa who is able to make out the global meaning of the request though...
