I bought my Mom an Echo Show for Christmas, upgraded my Hue bridge at home to the square one and took a few white lights and the old round bridge to her house. I've been using the round bridge at my house with my original Amazon Echo without any problems. Her brand new Echo Show won't recognize it, though the Show works fine with her Ring camera.
We both recently bought new stereo receivers, Denon AVR-S530BT which has bluetooth functionality. When trying to pair with my Echo Dot, the Alexa app shows the device but can't complete the pairing. When trying to pair it with Mom's Echo Show, it doesn't find the device at all.
We've tried all of the factory reset, changing the order of pairing, etc. options easily found on the Internet. What's next?
