Echo Dot Not Playing Music From Library

I recently acquired an Echo Dot and have been having issues trying to play music from my Amazon Music Library.

I can play the music if I use the Amazon Alexa app on my computer, but am unable to get it to play anything with just voice commands.  If I say something like, "Alexa play album [title]" it either replies with a sample from Amazon Unlimited or by saying, "I cannot find/ I don't see [whatever]".

Any help would be appreciated!

Solved, talked to Amazon.

Had multiple accounts and needed to switch which profile was being used.

Simply asked her to switch profiles, and voila!
