Is there any way to just add specific contacts, and not grant Alexa access to my whole Contact list?

I would like to ask the same question....
Just want to add the family contacts who I know have an echo unit and are happy to message. Not give access to all my contacts as I have a few thousand on my phone for work use.
Thanks

Unfortunately, Alexa must access your full contact list. What's more, if you have multiple household profiles, users can access contacts from the collective pool.
At the moment, your best option is to block contacts individually.
