HUE lights and Alexa

I have Alexa Echo show, Echo dot, and SONO with Alexa capability. When I first set up HUE lights with Alexa I could turn them all on or off with all Alexa devices. Now all of sudden, I can't turn HUE lights ON with Alexa, but I can turn HUE lights OFF with Alexa. Doesn't make any sense. This was the main reason I wanted to invest with Alexa. To be able to turn light ON and OFF.

Of course you should be able to.

Try all the standard stuff like turning your modem, router, hue bridge on and off and if not fixed, remove all hue from alexa and start over.
