How do I upload my own mp3 file, so Alexa can play it
« on: January 23, 2018, 02:57:23 am »
Can you point me to good current directions on how to upload am mp3 file into the Music app so I can have Alexa play it? I have the file uploaded in my S3 cloud, but I have not been able to see the Upload option anywhere in the Music App. (I see the download option on the right side.)

I have Amazon prime, free personal cloud and the Amazon Music unlimited Echo $3.99 monthly plan. This is the first time I am trying to upload my own file. I have never had Amazon Music Storage subscription plan before it got retired.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Bad news:  no more uploading of one's own music files anymore.  This is a recent change.
