Can I set up my Amazon Echo in France since cannot download app I have a Fench and UK Amazon account Any help please

1) Either setup your echo using the website (for UK, https://alexa.amazon.co.uk/ ) or
2) on an android phone, make a new google account, add to your phone, force-close the playstore, use a VPN set to UK (proXPN is free) then open playstore again and and download the app using the UK google account.

Voila.
