Amazon Music App, Phone to Echo

Simple question, I think.

How can I select Albums and Playlists on my phone with the Amazon Music App but get them to play through my Echo?

Spotify has an option to select the device to stream to but I can't find a similar function in the Amazon Music App.

I realise that using the Alex App I can select and play set playlists and stations from my phone to the Echo but the Alexa app doesn't seem to allow searching individual albums and tracks, nor allow any control like pause or skip.

I don't see a way either.  This would be a fantastic addition to the app.
