Cyan light not pointing at me | Music not stopping on wake command

Hi

First post, please be gentle.

Had an Echo 2nd generation for just over 2 weeks. I've found 2 issues...

1/ The cyan light atop the unit always points to the right as I look at it when I speak. Even if I'm on the other side, the wrong mic is listening to me. Why is this happening?

2/ Sometimes whilst music is on, I'll say "Alexa" and she'll listen then respond whilst the music is still playing. It's supposed to cut all audio whilst it listens and responds. I'd estimate this happens about 15% of the time. Again, why?

The light indicating your position related to the echo... well... I've had that function come and go with updates... I think they forget to put it in sometimes until people let them know they messed up. It's happened n at least 3 updates for me, and within the next update it's fixed. Currently Mine is recognizing where I am with accuracy... but it does come and go.

Thing is, shouldn't mine also be working in that case? Same unit, same software version etc...?

Maybe... Don't know what software version you have, but mine is currently -599473420 if that helps any.
