Alexa saying account name

Hi
This is my first post here so any help would be appreciated.
I have a Sonos one with Alexa when I ask Alexa to play music from Spotify or Tunein she says playing music from Ts Spotify or Tunein, She reads out my wife’s name ok. I’m not sure how or where I make this change so She says Tim.
