Get Alexa to check past next 7 days for appointments?

I'm assuming there is a way to do this as I saw another post about Alexa stating "no appointments for the next 30 days". When I ask Alexa to check my schedule, she tells me I have "no appointments for the next 7 days". I need her to check more than 7 days in the future.
I've obviously looked in the calendar settings in the Alexa app but couldn't find anything there.
