Alexa enabled groups and LightwaveRF

Has anybody successfully used Alexa enabled groups with LightwaveRF.
I have four groups each with an Echo or Dot attached.
The groups shows 'Alexa Enabled'
If I say Switch on ' The group name' the lights switch on and the radiator is set to 40.
If I Say 'Switch Lights on' nothing happens
